School loans

UPDATE:

This service is currently undergoing a major review and it is with regret that the Loans Service is at present not issuing items.

The service will reopen at the start of the summer term in April from its new home at Smithills Hall.

Instead of being able to borrow random objects, the loans will be arranged into themed boxes such as: Victorian Toys, Victorian Household, Africa, Romans and many more.  

Included in the boxes will also be learning resources such as creative and literacy activities, images of related objects from our collection and links to the National curriculum.
