Building Bolton (KS2 & KS3)
- Become a history detective and investigate Bolton’s past through real objects and personal stories.
- Investigate the lives of Boltonians, including the beliefs, attitudes and experiences of men, women and children in the past.
- Learn about the communities who live in Bolton.
- Compare past and present images of Bolton – see if you can spot what has changed.
- Find your home and school on a huge aerial map.
Aim:
To provide pupils with a greater understanding of how Bolton developed as a town through personal stories and real objects.
